The pur­pose of SERENE™ is to make Seat­tle Real Estate more trans­par­ent for home sell­ers and home buy­ers: the process and the play­ers, the poten­tial and the pitfalls.

I’m call­ing it SERENE™ for short, because that’s what Seattle’s scenery is like, espe­cially on a sunny day (and we DO have those days). If you are relo­cat­ing to Seat­tle, your per­cep­tion of Puget Sound weather depends on where you’ve lived before.

The suc­cess of SERENE™ depends on engag­ing you, the “real estate con­sumer.” Have at it with your com­ments, be they gripes or praises, ques­tions or answers, con­cerns or com­pli­ments. Since I’m from Ger­many, the site includes real estate (Immo­bilien) infor­ma­tion in Ger­man.

SERENE con­sists of pages and blog posts. I will post as many blogs as time per­mits, but help­ing my clients in more tan­gi­ble ways to sell and buy homes is always a priority.
