My name is Vic­to­ria Parasochka.  In 1998, I moved from the Ukraine to Seat­tle. Given my finan­cial exper­tise, orig­i­nat­ing res­i­den­tial loans was a nat­ural first job in real estate for me. Now, after seven years in this busi­ness, I’m a Real­tor with Cold­well Banker Bain in Kirk­land. As do all my blog­ging col­leagues on SERENE™, I speak lan­guages other than Eng­lish: I’m flu­ent in Ukrain­ian and Russian.

Under­stand­ing my clients’ needs and real­iz­ing their goals is my first con­cern. I com­bine a per­son­able approach with aggres­sive nego­ti­at­ing skills to get results. Nat­u­rally, some of my clients are like me. They relo­cated to Seat­tle for a new job and often for a new life. I’m an approved relo­ca­tion spe­cial­ist with Car­tus Relo­ca­tion and assist buy­ers in find­ing the home that suits their bud­get and lifestyle. I’m also an Accred­ited Stag­ing Pro­fes­sion­als (ASP) which is an asset when it comes to sell­ing my clients’ prop­erty for the best pos­si­ble price.

On a per­sonal note: My first love is rais­ing my now 10 year-old girl. As she grows up we enjoy many things together, such as danc­ing and dif­fer­ent styles of music, rang­ing from clas­si­cal to jazz and blues. I enjoy trav­el­ling and wish I had more time to get away more often.
