This is not an archive of old blogs but rather a "best-of-show" collection. It will always feature the most recent articles but beyond that, it features the most popular posts. But what if the Seattle weather ahead of the listing day continues to be dreary? What if those rhodies are well past their prime and the bloom is off your priceless roses? The main reason for his success lies in the system he’s created to list and sell homes.
