Neighborhoods
Seattle offers a great variety of neighborhoods, architectural styles and lifestyles.
Seattle is defined by the water that surrounds and dissects the city and the Eastside city-suburbs. This, and the zoning laws, make for a scarcity of land.
People moving here can be bewildered by the many choices. In the end, many of them buy homes based on what matters most, be that the love of the outdoors, access to public transport, or proximity to schools.
Since many of my clients are relocating here, my territory reflects their lifestyle preferences (orange dots). Likewise, I list homes wherever they live once they move within the area or elsewhere (red dots).
The diversity of homes my clients buy and sell are illustrated by the photos: from Chicago style bungalow to Northwest modern to country acreage and island ranch style, priced from $300,000 to $900,000.
It helps to select one or two neighborhoods first. The pull-down menu provides some sample Seattle area neighborhood searches. Call me at 425–891-8213 or use the form to the left and I will post a map for the neighborhood search of your choice!
