Making your search for Seattle area homes a breeze.
My goal is for you to find Seattle area homes as quickly as possible. To that end, I have designed curated searches for Seattle and the different cities on Seattle’s Eastside and those located to the north and south. If you are familiar with the Seattle area, you will see the logic of this approach. If you are new to the Seattle area, this will make your search efficient and get you acquainted with the greater Seattle geography. That geography extends across the Puget Sound for which I’ve created six searches.

The nation’s largest ferry system
Washinton State has the nation’s largest ferry system. Ferries provide public transport for commuters who work in Seattle and live across the Puget Sound. Every weekday morning, more than 75,000 Puget Sound residents commute to work or school on board a Washington State Ferry. The ferries also are the main means of transportation for vacationers.

Where does the data come from?
All property listings come from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). The listings on SERENE are updated every 30 minutes. Only active listings are displayed as a result of these searches. If you are interested in data for pending and sold properties, please email Gerhard or text/call him 425-891-8213.
Note: While the NWMLS classifies some municipalities as cities, some of these “cities” are more like neighborhoods. For example, the NWMLS still classifies Juanita as a city although it was annexed by the city of Kirkland in 2011.
